Tenant is responsible for regular lawn maintenance - or, Lawn Service can be provided for an additional fee. Tenant is Responsible for all routine Maintenance and UpKeep. This is a NO SMOKING home. Applicants will not be allowed to smoke (including marijuana) in the home or on the premises. No drugs. Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. First months rent plus a security deposit equal to that amount is required.
Qualification Standards: Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved. Applicants must have current photo identification. Applicants monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Credit score must be a minimum of 650. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18.
House is currently occupied and will not be available until the middle of November 2025.
