8 minute drive from ASU. Close to light rail, Filibertos, Four Peaks, and Mango Rabbit. Conveniently nearby markets, food, and shopping areas.
The Home
All of the common areas will be fully furnished with furniture and decorations. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The bedrooms will come empty but can be provided furnished for an additional $25/mo
Current Roommates
An Industry professional and an ASU student.
Requirements
- monthly income of 3x rent
- no evictions or criminal records in the last 3 years
- prefer non-smokers, but if you smoke outside only and clean up often, then that's ok
Lease Terms
6 months (additional 50/mo) or 1 year for standard pricing.
Other Terms
- Security deposit = one month's rent
- Utilities are split among housemates
- No couples and no overnight guests except for family members
- No animals
- Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
