You hopefully won't need a car to live here. This is a "walk anywhere" neighbhorhood, with a major supermarket across the street and two more a short distance from here. Walk to Cortex, St. Louis University, City Foundry and the heart of the Central West End. Transit is easy, with two bus lines right outside the front door or about a 10-minute walk to the Cortex station for Metrolink, the city's regional rail system. Restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment, shopping, pharmacies, greenways and Forest Park are within walking or easy biking distance.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you do not have your own renter's insurance policy, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
