Tenant Qualifications
This home is participating in the South Lake Tahoe Lease to Locals Program which is aimed at unlocking homes for locals who also work in South Lake Tahoe. To be considered for this home, tenants must sign a 12-month lease and have the following qualifications
1) Work for an Employer in the Region - At least 50% of the adults in the household (related or unrelated) must work at least 20 hours per week, for an employer located in the geographic boundaries of the South Shore.
AND
2) Each tenants annual income can not exceed $79,688. For households with multiple adults, you can take the average of the households gross income, which cannot exceed $79,688 per person per year.
