This is for a room for rent (from $850 - $1025) for 1 year lease)

Rooms in a nice townhouse located in the center of RTP (Morrisville/Cary). Nice and quiet neighborhood and most of the neighbors are working professionals in RTP. Close to grocery stores and companies. About 10-15 minutes drive to multinational companies like Fidelity, Cisco, MatLife, Lenovo, Apple etc, only minutes away from duke health, major restaurants, and retail stores. Easy access to I-40 and 540 and 15 min away from RDU international airport.

common areas will be furnished:

• Dining table with 6 chairs

• living room furniture (Sofa, Chairs, Coffee table)

• Washer/Dryer.

Housemate brings his/her furniture for their bedroom and required kitchenware.

Asking rent includes all utilities and WiFi (please no abuse, over use charge may apply)

• Large, finished with carpet and large closet, walkout basement with patio and full bath - $1025 (more privacy)

• Large Master bedroom with full bath and large closet - $975

• Small bedrooms with shared bathroom $850/each

There will be a cleaning fee at the end of the lease term (about $100)

This townhouse has one car garage, and one car can fit in driveway. Two cars can be parked on the street near the townhouse. Housemates need to coordinate with each other for parking arrangements (Homeowner is not responsible for any damage or conflict or tickets)

No smoking or drugs inside the house or garage. Not very noisy, respect other roommates, neighbors and be cooperative. Keep common areas clean after use.
