LOW INCOME HOUSING!

As a HUD compliant low-income building, all applicants over 18 must pre-qualify their total income based on WSHFC guidelines; you must be within 60% AMI for King County.

+ We accept Section 8 Vouchers and Subsidy Rental Assistance programs!

+ Our minimum income requirement is 2.5 times monthly rent.

+ Our maximum income requirement for one person is $63,240.

+ Our maximum combined income requirement for two people moving into a single unit is $72,300.

+ $30/ month pet rent (per pet)

+ No more than 2 pets

Move-In information:

+ Application fee = $50 per person (non-refundable)

+ Holding fee= 25% of 1 month's rent. This is paid after we review your paperwork and assume you will pass eligibility. Once paid, your application is submitted to compliance. If approved, this will go towards your deposit. If denied, you will be refunded within 7 days of the denial.

+ Standard refundable security deposit= 1 month's rent
