The backyard is large, with a deck overlooking the greenery. The property has been updated on the inside, and the current photos do not reflect the updates. The owner is also planning on constructing an ADU in the backyard during tenancy.
Appliances include a washer/dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge.
12 Month Lease. This is a NO PETS property. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
