This second floor 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 100 block of Linn Street, a very short walk away from the Cascadilla Gorge Trail and the number 10 bus route which goes up East Hill frequently throughout the day. The two bedrooms have hardwood floors and the living room is carpeted. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch which faces the back of the house and the shared lawn. There is a shared laundry in the basement of the building and a possible garage space for off-street parking. There is a full bath and enough space in the kitchen for a small dining table. Electricity, gas, and water/sewer bills are included in the rent. We furnish to whatever degree is necessary at no extra cost. We do not allow pets.
