This beautiful 30ft 2022 trailer is modern and completely state of the art. It sits on the back of a 3.5 acre lot shared with one other trailer. There is plenty of room for parking and you would have your own private area surrounded by trees and garden. There is no smoking in the trailer and we do not want dogs. Trash, water, and electricity is included we just ask that you be mindful of usage so we can continue to keep the cost down. This trailer is a double wide with plenty of interior space. However, we are only interested in renting to a single person or a couple. 3 people may be considered depending on the circumstance but I would prefer no more than 2 people. Please feel free to ask any questions. The background check is provided by this website. I do require a background check but please schedule an interview with me before you pay for the background check. I want to make sure you would be a good fit before you water your money.
