Laundry facilities include washer & dryer. The upper level features carpeted flooring, with two secondary bedrooms and a full bath.
Outside is the 3-bay garage, with an attached bath and an unfinished attic space that is perfect for a man-cave, art studio, large office, or just extra storage. Storage building beside garage not included with rental. Chicken run with coop and garden area may be used if desired. Private road is not maintained by the county. 4-wheel drive needed for heavy snow falls.
