Welcome to upscale student living without the apartment feel! Forrest Edge townhomes have beautiful hardwood floors throughout, an open-concept living and kitchen space with granite countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet and it's own en-suite bathroom with tile floors.
Forrest Edge bedrooms vary in size and in price, and are individually leased. The administrative fee is $75 per person. There is a security deposit that is typically the same amount as the rent.
The available bedroom, Bed A, is a downstairs bedroom and will rent at $635 per month for the 2023-2024 lease term that runs through July. The lease will be renewed for 2024-2025 at $680 per month, beginning in August.
The rental price includes standard wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity per bedroom.
Parking at this complex is limited, and each unit only has three parking spots. On-site parking is available with this lease transfer at an additional $40 per month. There is no guest parking available. And, please be aware that Forrest Edge is not a pet-friendly property.
