-No bankruptcies or evictions within the past 4 years
Pet Policy: 2 pet max. $300. nonrefundable pet fee and $30.pet rent per pet. We do have a 60lbs weight limit and certain breed restrictions does apply.
Renter's insurance is required and can be purchased through an affiliate insurance company for $15.00 a month or you may use a separate insurance company, but we do require the declaration page of the policy on or before your move-in date.
The application processing can take 1 to 3 business days, please keep this in mind if you have a strict timeframe to relocate! Once approved, a security deposit is required within 48 hours to secure the apartment home you are looking for.
***Please note that we only hold apartments for up to two weeks and not past the current month. We do have this apartment that can toured, but it’s not guaranteed that it will be available without the deposit paid in full.
Rental History: When filling out the application, please enter a valid phone number with an email address of your current landlord. If you can attach a rental ledger to your application this may help with the application process. If the complete application is not filled out, this may delay your application process time.
