We are looking for just the right tenants to take good care of this property as they would their own investment. Pets can be discussed but there is a long list of unapproved dogs per the insurance company and yes it includes pitbulls, rots, huskies, chow, Akitas and more. Absolutely no smoking, this is in the lease and will not be tolerated. This is a new house and it needs to be respected as such. We will ask for current landlord and employer. We will do monthly mechanical checks and furnace filter changes.
