Rent is $1400 for 2 people. $1350 for 1 person. It is a in-law suite. All your utilities - water, electric, pest control, garbage and sewer are included. We’re looking for first, last and security. There is also a garage for some storage(no cars in garage), it has an outside shower for quick clean up after the beach, and laundry facilities in garage. There is parking for 1car outside. NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted. Tenant will have to have a free background check done. No smoking or vaping in the apartment or on the porch. I do a phone interview, then we arrange an appointment to see the apartment.
