One-Bedroom Apartment Across From Tower Grove Park Includes Appliances, Heat & Gas Utilities - This large one-bedroom apartment is across the street from magnificent Tower Grove Park. The rental price includes a frost-free refrigerator, gas range, energy-efficient window-unit air conditioners, heat and all gas utilities. Residents pay their own electric and internet.

The apartment consists of four rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom). The hardwood floors throughout the apartment are in good condition. Special features include a "Juliet balcony" off of the living room, and generous storage space.

There is a laundry room in the building's basement. You're welcome to park your bicycle(s) in the locked basement laundry room. If so, make sure your bike is locked securely. We cannot assume responsibility for bicycles stored in the laundry room.

For an additional fee, parking may be available in your own numbered space behind the building; you are welcome to ask. You may not need a car to live here!

The location is one of the most pastoral and convenient in the city. Across the street is magnificent Tower Grove Park, an amazing Victorian treasure. Walk to the world-renowned Missouri Botanical Garden. Supermarkets, diverse shopping and dining options are minutes away. A short bike ride takes you to St. Louis University, Washington University Medical Center, and Metrolink, the city's regional rail line.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
