House is heated and cooled with a heat pump. Back yard is fenced and has a private patio. Water and sewer are included in rent. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, TV/internet (if desired), and propane. Yard care is the tenant's responsibility. Please be sure you have your own equipment and time to mow and weed the yard, or be prepared to pay a landscaper to take care of it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $200 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee and $2,000 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $6,600 per month.
