I own a cozy , pretty 4 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms . I rent out 2 of 4 rooms well furnished with a new dresser , desk with chair , bed and smart TV like you see in photos . I prefer male students ( but still open to single young professional workers
The rent is $650 ,( $600 for a smaller room ) including water , trash service and Wifi Internet ( not including Electricity/Gas bill which will be split between roommates with the lessor ) . The deposit: $500 refundable. The lease term is flexible: month by month or 3-6 months .The first month of rent will be due on the move in date + security deposit
We share the kitchen ,oven , refrigerator , Washer/ Dryer . There is a full bathroom in the upper floor. The second shower room and 1 separate restroom both are located in the basement .
My house is located on East Main st on a quiet main road about 7 minutes drive to Western Michigan University campus, Kalamazoo College and 5 minutes to Downtown Kalamazoo, which offers stores , shopping malls restaurants, night clubs , bars and train station
With Smart Keyless entry doors that are convenient for my potential roommates . Outdoor Security cameras system helps protect and give us more peace of mind
There is a spacious parking area ( private driveway) at the back of my house .
And the last but not least , I need to check your background before you can move in officially. Background check fee is $55 Nonrefundable which will be done on [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] ( an official website /software for landlords & tenants). You only need to submit your background check application after you see your rooms in person and like it .
Something about me :I I graduated from trade school, I love traveling, believe in my faith , love hanging out with friends at weekends and hitting the gym . I’m kind of easygoing, considerate , and super laidback but one thing I expect my roommates to observe my rules which are no smoking , no pets inside the house.
I’m a clean person ( I keep the house clean and organized but not super clean ) so I expect that my roommates would be like that .
