We live in a house on 2.25 fenced acres and are renting the in-law suite attached to our shed. It is a standalone dwelling a good distance away from the house, so it offers a lot of privacy. You have your own parking in front of the home (away from our driveway) so you never have to see us if you don't want to. There is a large fire pit next to your home which you can have exclusive access to. The entire 2.25 acres is flat and fenced and offers views of Bakers Mountain. Other than us you have no neighbors, so it's extremely quiet and safe. We have a well with a RainSoft filter, so you will have very pure water with no water bill. You will only be responsible for your WiFi and Duke Energy bills (on your own separate meter). I am open to various lease lengths but the rent may vary depending on how long you want to stay. I am also open to renting half of the shed if you need covered parking or extra storage. And the home can be furnished or unfurnished.
