One smaller to medium-sized dog may be considered, upon owner approval and on a Case By Case Basis please note. No cats will be considered at this time. A shared and single mailbox is located at the main home's entrance and the owners will deliver to the mailbox in the covered carport area any of the tenant's mail, or the tenant is welcome to get an off-site PO Box of their own. Please note: The tenant will not be given access or a key to the main home's mailbox.

Please note the garage area below this guest home is a working hobby shop for the owners who live in the main home and at times there may be noises such as drills, compressors, etc. It is not regular, but will on occasion be the case while living in the guest home up above the garage shop.

We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property. But the lease in and of itself will be much like the one we will later supply to you to review ahead of signing. Thank you!
