Private Furnished/Unfurnished Room on the bay

We have two bedrooms for rent separately. The monthly price is per room. The house is almost 3000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. We offer furnished/unfurnished private bedrooms with a private/shared bathroom. Each room has a personal door code to ensure your privacy. The furnished price includes a full-size bed, desk, chair,lamp, bedroom furniture, bed linens, personal towels, fully stocked kitchen, personal fridge and pantry space, cleaning products, laundry products, all utilities, alarm system,etc. You may bring a mini fridge and microwave for your room. There is a sunroom with a large private fenced-in yard and a spacious front porch with plenty of seating. Our neighborhood is quiet and secluded, away from the tourist area. You can take a swim in the bay at the end of our street, or drive just 8 minutes to Navarre Beach for its powder-soft sand and crystal clear waters. We have cats and dogs on the premises. Our home is quiet, drug-free, and clean. A thorough credit and background check is required. No pets.

You must be clean and pick up after yourself.
