Our neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by single family homes which allows for plenty of parking. We are also located 0.5 miles from the Balboa trolley stop. This central location will allow you to get anywhere in the area very easy. This is a smoke-free property and ask that no smoking be allowed on the property. We are looking for tenants to stay at least a year. Please enjoy yourselves and enjoy the SeaWorld fireworks, beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes from the comfort of your living space. ** Please note that this house is only available for rent from April 10th, 2024. **
The lease length term is negotiable.
Water fee is based on number of occupants and is included in the monthly rent. Electricity is paid by the tenant to SDGE directly. The tenant is responsible for taking out/bringing in the trash on the assigned collection days. The landscaping will be covered by the landlord.
We are currently transitioning back from mid-term rental to long term rental again. The house can be furnished or unfurnished upon request. Any furnishing in the pictures would be available to purchase if you are interested.
