All shared spaces are furnished. Tenants must only furnish his/her individual bedrooms. Only one person is allowed per bedroom. Bills include all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces. Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request.
Bedroom E - Enjoy your own private bedroom with a standard closet and a shared bath around the corner. You are also welcome to a space in the shared co-working area. Rent is $750 and includes all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces (not private bedroom). Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request. Renter responsible for rental insurance, and security deposit is half of rent. On street parking.
