Hello, I am interested in renting to professionals working Albuquerque for 1 month (min)or longer. No locals unless you are preparing to move into a home. Your suite includes one bedroom with a queen bed and large tv, one office with a couch bed and TV and a private bathroom all which can be closed off from the rest of the house. This unit is in my home and I have another unit two doors down where I might allow a pet. There are trails straight from the door that go down to the river. It is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. I am 55, female, and very laid back. I can be social or not social. In the other space you would also share common spaces with a professional. The common spaces are kitchen, laundry and other living spaces.. and weight room.
