The property has one exterior camera by the front door for security purposes.

- Minimum credit score of 680 (exceptions may apply). No evictions. No violent felonies.

- No smoking on or around the property. No parties/events. No unregistered guests.

- Pets are allowed case by case (2 maximum) and require a refundable $500 deposit per pet.

- One-time cleaning fee of $200.

- A refundable security deposit of $500.

- Tenant responsible for the cleanliness of unit.

- All exterior maintenance, except snow removal, is provided by the Owner.

- Late rent and early termination fees may apply.
