Cooperative Housing - Avalon Cooperative House is located 1 block from the E Washington shopping district and 2 blocks from Capitol Square. Avalon boast a small co-op community in an inviting house. It has a medium sized green space with its own chicken coop. 

Interested applicants will apply through a membership process which includes a few meetings with the current house members.  Members work cooperatively with all those living in the house to complete house chores called "workjobs" and other tasks to keep the house functioning. Due to COVID-19 this process will take place in a 2 step online process, a questionnaire and then an online video call. Fill out the guest card for more details.
