• INCOME REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must meet the rental application screening criteria requirements to be considered. Along with their application, applicants must provide a photo ID and proof of income dated within the last 30 days. The screening criteria include a complete list of acceptable forms of income verification.

• RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: Before the lease commences, the tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 for General Liability.

• Additional Property Information: The primary ensuite bathroom door has been removed and will not be re-installed. (Located above the garage.) There is a design flaw in that the door opens into the bathroom and the door is as wide as the distance between the cabinet and the wall.
