Bacon Street Lofts is a secured, pet-friendly building ideally situated on the bus route and adjacent to shopping, dining and near South Burlington Recreation Path. Bacon Street Lofts is very conveniently located just off Interstate 89/189 and Shelburne Road making commuting easy whatever your traveling needs are.
Bacon Street Lofts offers several amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. Building amenities include a hotel-style main entrance lobby/lounge. The lower level features a lounge, free central laundry, 24 hour fitness center, and secure, heated storage cages. Each floor offers 2 balconies for you to enjoy, as well as a rooftop deck! Outside, Bacon Street Lofts offers a grilling area and garden beds for resident use.
Pets are welcome! We have designed the building with features for our furry friends, including an indoor pet wash with a groomer's dryer and a wooded, fenced-in play area. We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog (no breed or weight restrictions!). There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and $500 refundable pet security deposit.
