The location is very walkable and is a biker's paradise because of the flat roads and excellent bike lanes in the area. It is just one and a half miles from the UW campus and one mile from Green Lake Park. It is close to the light rail station, many bus lines and a short drive to the freeway ramp.
Application is $35 per person. All applicants must have a combined income of 3 times the rent, 680 credit score, and two years positive rental history. If the applicant does not meet these criteria, we may accept your application with a qualifying co-signer and/or last month rent.
Water, sewer, and garbage included in rent. Parking spot included in rent. Tenant pays electricity.
