The Solarium is a very unique building. It is similar to a Spanish style villa with the center of the inside of the building being a large indoor tropical garden heated to 70 degrees year round! The yellow room is located on the second floor off a small balcony that opens into the garden. The room is currently un-furnished. It has a private bathroom with standing shower. The natural light from the west facing window offers very nice lighting for this small space. The back yard is nearly 3/4 of an acre and has a spacious deck with seating for your enjoyment. The property is just off spring creek trail and is very close to both CSU and downtown Fort Collins. The garden space has lots of seating open for your use anytime as well! All the rooms share one fully furnished kitchen and one laundry room. We have three fridges and a large pantry so everybody has ample room to keep their belongings. There are two washers and dryers FREE for tenant use. We are very close to the CSU campus making this a great place for single students and/or young professionals. We have a house keeper come once a week to maintain the garden and clean the communal areas. Rent listed includes utilities and WIFI. Deposit is one months rent.
