Please bring a proof of your income & all prospective tenants. Ideally, make an appointment time for those days. You can fill out an application online, or come by & pick one up from me. Please bring a proof of income if youre coming to tour this weekend. The first signed contract lease with a deposit, gets dinner with me in town-thats worth a 100 buy itself!
I am looking for some more reliable & responsible tenants to rent my home- if another contractor or reliable handy-person, is available, great! A little help with little to-dos, minor maintenance projects on this home, but still looking for some great, reliable, responsible tenants, to finish a 5 month lease, at the rent of $3,025.00 per month, with a $3,025.00 deposit, (2 separate cashier checks only!), then rent will be $3,100.00 August 1, 2024 (good deal for this area & sq. ft., as most rents tend to run $3,300-3,600.00+- per month for this square footage. You would be signing a 5 month lease, then turning it into a 1 year lease, based on the above rents. Youll pay your own utilities & cable/internet. A gardener every 4-6 weeks is included, for heavy trimming around the property, fruit trees, bushes, roses, hillside, etc. I need to be able to count on my future tenants to do a little light, yard work, making sure everything is watered, a bit of weeding & fertilizing the trees, bushes, roses, etc., so you do need to like gardening-I help out when I can. This is a pretty quiet area, so you need to be the same & respect the neighbors privacy & solitude as well, so no loud parties, please. Rules & laws are to be respected as well. If the cops come, youre gone! Also, no smoking or pets allowed- the garage is for cars to be parked in-not just as a storage facility, & please, no oil leaking cars as well- no big trucks, boats, trailers, motorhomes, Rvs or other types, just cars/small pick-ups, please. Ive put over $80,000 on this home with the additions, (a 3rd bedroom off the dining room & a retreat off the master bedroom), including a remodeled master shower & new flooring, silestone counters & oak cabinets in the kitchen, spotlights with dimmers, central heat & air, among other things, & I want some tenants who will take care of it, like it was their own home. You will pay your own utilities. Please, no phone calls before 4pm or after 9pm, since I work & go to bed early.
