* No evictions or judgments within the past 3 years
* Must provide rental history for the last 36 months with previous landlord contact information
* Anyone 18 or older who intends to live in the property must complete an application and background/credit check ($55 per person, non-refundable)
* Section 8 Housing Voucher may be accepted. Must have income, in addition to Section 8 Housing Voucher. Voucher amount and income must equal three times the rent
