To rent the apartment, the following requirements and policies apply:

1. Security Deposit: A one-month security deposit is required to secure the rental. This deposit will be held to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear or unpaid rent.

2. Daily Schedule: The landlords daily schedule will need to be discussed separately to ensure availability for any maintenance or inquiries.
