620 E. Mishawaka Ave #6 Lower - One bedroom, one bathroom located near downtown Mishawaka. The apartment is conveniently located near city transit, parks, shopping centers, and restaurants, making it an ideal place to live. Rent is $745.00 plus a $50.00 utility fee for water and trash. The tenant is responsible for paying for gas and electricity. The owner provides a stove and fridge and takes care of lawn maintenance. During the warmer months, tenants will need to provide their own A/C window units. Off-street parking is available on a first-come, first serve. Smoking is not permitted. Small pets are welcome, but a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. An additional non-refundable monthly fee of $25 is required for each additional pet. Section 8 is accepted, and renters must have insurance. An 18-month lease is required, and the full first month's rent and deposit must be paid at the time of signing.
