Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.

We allow cats and dogs under 35lbs (max 2 pets) with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $25. ($35 for 2)

Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections.
