Step 2: If approved from Step 1, a link will be provided to you to complete a more in-depth application, which includes a background and credit check. The cost is $40/applicant. We will only have you pay the application fee if we intend to rent to you - we dont make money off applications!

Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, electricity, trash, etc.). Pets are welcome with prior approval. Dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered. Proof of vaccinations must be submitted with a signed lease. Rental insurance is required throughout the tenancy.
