This unit is a first-floor, one-bedroom apartment within a triplex. This unit has a private entrance located at the back of the house. Other short-term rental tenants may be living in the other two rental units and will be coming and going from the property during your stay.

This unit features comfortable furnishings, lawn/snow care provided, and in-unit free laundry. Utilities and WIFI are paid by the host and off-street parking for one vehicle is provided. This unit is ideal for one to two occupants. Small dogs are permitted at this property for an additional monthly fee and deposit.

Keypad lock, private entry. Furnished rental client may park 1 vehicle in the lot behind the house in the space designated with a sign for unit 3-- there are two other rental units in the property with short term tenants, so parking arrangements must be strictly followed.

The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.
