This is a four bed two bath home that was just remodeled. Current roommate is moving out of the master bedroom, which is $1,250/month, or I am willing to move into the master bedroom and my room is $1,000/month. Pictured room is $1000.

I'm a young professional living with two others (one man, one woman) who enjoys the occasional dinner part and BBQ. We have multiple friends with rooftop pools in Arlington, should you want to tag along. There is also a dog.

Roommates should generally be able to put their dishes in the dishwasher when they finish cooking/eating and not leave their personal items in the common area. I'm looking for people who are social but are respectful of each other. If someone is going to bed on a weeknight, we go outside to keep being loud or put our headphones on to continue our show or music. Otherwise I support people being "alive" in the home. We collectively figure out quiet hours.
