Can accommodate 2 people comfortably.
Free WIFI/Internet and all utilities included.
Centrally located between Dayton and Cincinnati.
You will have your own private deck with outside TV/Roku and access to Blackstone Grill.
Room includes: TV/Roku, bed, couch, kitchen island, silverware, plates/cups, cooking utensils, Pot/Pan, Dorm Fridge, Hot plate, Microwave, and Air Fryer.
Bathroom is fully stocked with linens and essentials.
No washer/dryer onsite, there is a laundromat 5 mins away.
Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can smoke outside on the deck.
Absolutely no drugs or alcohol of any kind, violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.
