In addition to your bedroom +1, you will have access to the common living and dining rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (shared between 3 people), part of the basement, and a fenced-in, private backyard with a garden and off street parking.

The house is equipped with an alarm system. It is furnished in the common, shared spaces, but the bedrooms and offices are rented empty. We have few pieces of furniture you may be able to use per prior discussion.

We are looking for female roommate with similar lifestyle/energetics.

Utilities (gas and electric) not included. Shared high speed internet $80 per month split between renters. Included water and garbage.
