$1900.00 Security Deposit-pay within 24hrs. of approval.

$175.00 Non-refundable Administrative Fee-pay within 24 hours of approval.

-All funds due must be paid in full through your online portal at least five (5) business days prior to your move-in date or delivered to our office in the form of cashier’s checks or money orders within one business day of your move-in date.
