-All funds due must be paid in full through your online portal at least five (5) business days prior to your move-in date or delivered to our office in the form of cashier’s checks or money orders within one business day of your move-in date. -Transfer utilities into your name within 24 hours of approval.
-Complete pet screening profile, whether you have a pet or not.
