We are looking for roommates to fill all rooms a beautiful home with furnished common areas, a renovated kitchen, private pool with water features, and an outdoor grill with a barbecue station.
The Location
We're about 10 minutes from ASU, and close to Walmart, Frys, Sprouts, and Ross. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but is conveniently located to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and the 60 freeway.
People
There are three professional female tenants but we're generally looking for folks that are working (or have a qualified co-signer) and have lived with roommates before. We look for people that are clean, quiet, and respectful.
Requirements
- monthly income of 3x rent
- no evictions or criminal records in the last 53 years
- prefer non-smokers, but if you smoke outside only and clean up often, then that's ok
Lease Terms
6 months (additional 50/mo.) or 1 year for standard pricing.
Other Terms
- Security deposit = one month's rent
- Utilities are split among housemates
- No animals, no couples
