Hi all! I have a room with carpeted floors available and ready for you to move in and make your new home! I will be living in the master bedroom and there will be 3 roommates (including myself) total.
Flexible on lease length with a preference for 3-12 months.
FURNISHED ROOM: $900 per month all utilities included! The room gets nice morning sunlight, but features black-out shades if you would prefer not to see the sunlight. This room features: comfortable, queen-sized, 3-layer (for support, breathability, and pressure relief), memory foam mattress with an adjustable bed frame for ergonomic relaxing, smart TV mounted onto wall, small desk with chair that can be used as a workspace or as a vanity for getting ready for your day, and a spacious closet.
*One parking space for each room included*
Bathroom is well-sized and shared with 1 other person. This bathroom also gets great light in the morning and has a bidet installed on the toilet.
Common areas are decorated for a warm and cozy atmosphere, great for unwinding after a day at work. Living room features an enormous, wall-mounted 75 inch TV and a big comfy couch for watching Youtube, Netflix, and playing console games. Dining room has plant grow lights and your plants would be welcome to sit next to mine and photosynthesize together :) Large kitchen with ample counter space has all basic kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, etc.), with bonuses being a Nespresso machine (for coffee) and a water boiler (for tea and hot chocolate). Spacious pantry space for snacks. Backyard includes pergola with fairy lights, outdoor fireplace, and TV for entertainment.
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to inquire if you have one and we can see if your furry friend would be a good fit.

About me: Im a work from home healthcare provider that is equal parts homebody, equal parts outdoor adventurer. On my days at home, Im an exercise girlie, plant enthusiast, Kindle reader, avid house decorator/organizer and overall max relaxer. On my frequent flyer days, I enjoy traveling to National Parks, eating delicious food, and shopping for the next shiny thing to bring home.
