I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (until 7/25/24) for this charming studio apartment in the Adams Point neighborhood of Oakland, managed by the Lapham Company ( [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] I adored this apartment, building, and neighborhood, but an unexpected housing opportunity came up for me in San Francisco which was too good to pass up! Per the terms of the lease, I am responsible for finding a new tenant.
Here are a variety of details about the unit:
- Walkability: The building is located close to Grand Avenue in Oakland, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, movie theaters, gyms, and a weekend farmers market all within about a 10 minute walk. You can also walk half a block from your front door to the beautiful Lake Merritt!
- Commuting: The unit is about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest BART station for commuting within the East Bay or to San Francisco.
- Security: I never had any issues with package theft or attempted break-ins. The front door has a callbox that can be activated from your phone!
