The space
This rental boasts two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, and a third bedroom converted to an office. Bonus features include a fire place, propane Grill, off street parking and a private patio with outdoor seating and entertainment. This luxury home comfortably accommodates four guests and is dog friendly.
Other things to note
There is no smoking allowed inside the property of any kind.
Dogs are allowed. We do not allow cats. We charge a $250 non refundable pet accommodation fare per month.
We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require a guest lease agreement to be signed for your reservation. The agreement is just an acknowledgment of our house rules and policies.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
