Warning: The ceiling height here is reasonable if you're an average height, but it's on the low side, with many slanted ceilings. This space will not work well for very tall people.
All the windows are updated and energy-efficient and are furnished with blinds. This apartment has its own furnace and CENTRAL AIR, you control the temperature. The basement has indoor access to the laundry that is shared with the downstairs tenants. Off-street parking in the rear, and ample on-street parking for guests.
This duplex sits on a quiet one-way street near downtown and Lakeside Park. Downtown offers restaurants, coffee, summer festivals, and cultural events within walking distance. Less than a block away, you can stroll through the Lakeside Park rose gardens on a summer evening.
