Enclave @ Oak Hill is located approximately one mile down Fort Morgan Rd. Complex has outdoor pool, clubhouse and exercise facility. Unit features tile floors, granite countertops, 10ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, washer and dryer and private balcony. Water, cable, sewer, garbage, internet, cable and landscaping are INCLUDED IN THE RENT! Unit is tenant occupied and requires a 48 hour notice to view the property. I'm sorry but this unit is NOT pet friendly.

All applicants must meet all requirements:

• Everyone 19 and older that will be living in the home, must apply. ($50.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant.)

• 600 or better credit score is required.

• 2 years of rental history or tax records of home ownership with on-time payments are required.

• Pet fee $250.00 per pet (non-refundable)

• No landlord collections or evictions will be accepted.

• Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not rent the home.

• Income must be 3 times the monthly rent. EX: $1500 per month rent would require an income of $4500

• Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred.

• Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years.

• Co-signers must meet all the criteria
