Dogs, cats, pets considered on an individual basis at a $25 per month per pet rent. (Mainly they have to pass our insurances breed restrictions.) Owner is replacing things as needed in a non-toxic (or less chemical-based) environmentally-friendly energy-efficient way whenever possible. This is a non-smoking drug-free property.
