Description

Guidelines for our rentals. Below are the rental requirements.

• $20.00 key deposit is required to view the property. You can call to schedule an appointment anytime Monday thru Friday 8am-3:30 pm. Key deposit must be submitted through zelle or cash app, once your appointment is completed you will receive your deposit through zelle or cash app. All properties must be viewed before an application can be submitted.

• $100.00 non – refundable application fee

• Please have all documents and deposits/ 1st month's rent available at time of your rental application.

• You may access our online application at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] • All Applications must be completed entirely and all documentation must be attached at time of completion of the application (All documents must have your name and employers name visible.)

• 1 month of pay stubs- (ex: weekly pay- 4 pay stubs, twice a month- 2 pay stubs. All information must be attached in the link above for application to be processed.

o Income – Must be 2.5 times of your NET income.

• Employment Verification- Your employer must be able to verify your employment.

• No Dispossessory's.

• Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and are required to hold the property.

• First Month's Rent – This will be due the same time as your holding fee.

• Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in

• Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to move in.

All rentals are on a first come first served basis and we do not hold any properties without a holding fee.

Renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
