I am looking for a single person to fill a private room in my house in Artesia/Cerritos area. Rooms are approx 10ftx13ft.
The room is downstairs is furnished and would share the bathroom with one male roommate. I would like only one person per room.
House is 5 minutes from Cerritos Mall and close to both the 605 and 91 freeways. There is a lot of food, grocery stores, and shops within walking/biking distance. Quiet neighborhood with a a diverse community. Plenty of parking available in the driveway and on the street.
All are welcome to use the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. There is also access to a private pool in the backyard. New washer/dryer available to use. I will cover the maintenance of the house and yard.
The rent will be $1200/mo + shared electric and gas utilities approximately $60-80 per person (internet, trash, water, pool/yard maintenance covered). I would prefer longer term renters.
