Requirements:

• A full-time job for at least 6 months earning two and a half times your monthly rent. You will need to show two recent pay stubs and/or a voucher to support the rent amount. Please note, we do not negotiate rental amounts.
• You need to be able to get utilities turned on in your name.
• Provide a valid picture ID.
• 5 years no misdemeanors/10 years past completion date for felony
